Twitter has recently launched Brand Hub, a new service designed to give advertisers more insights into their tweets.
Brand new offering
Twitter announced the feature in a blog post.
"Brand Hub helps advertisers quickly understand their brand’s share of conversation, key audiences, and trends about their brand’s conversation.
"This 360-degree, real-time view gives the brand the opportunity to learn, take action, and see the impact of their initiatives on Twitter."
Big data
Brand Hub is based on three areas: TrueVoice, Audience, and Conversion.
TrueVoice lets advertisers track their share of conversations in real time, while Audience displays high-level insights about users discussing your brand.
This data includes gender, location, income levers, and occupation types. Audience also profiles key influences who tweet about your brand.
Finally, Conversion aims to help advertisers better understand how users are discussing their brand.
For example, Conversions shows metrics including how many impressions your brand has received over time, how many times your brand was mentioned in tweets, and top phrases mentioned in conjunction with your brand.
Roll out
At the moment Brand Hub is available for select large brand advertisers and medium-sized businesses in English-speaking countries.
