Yes you can cancel your SMK Digital Excellence membership at any time. Please notify us at least 3 days of your next payment. Notification can be sent in writing, by emailing membership@staging.smk.co. 

You can switch to a new plan at any time by emailing  membership@staging.smk.co stating which plan you would like to switch to. The team will get back to you within 48 hours.

You can view prices of memberships containing up to 5 seats on our website. If you require a membership for a Team of 6 or more, please contact sales@staging.smk.co to discuss your needs.

The SMK Facebook Working Group can be found on SMK’s Facebook Page under Groups. Please note, not all membership levels have access to this group.

You can post directly in the SMK Facebook Working Group to receive immediate support from SMK’s team of analysts. Naturally, our community of members can also provide support and relevant discussion if required. Alternatively, you can book a Member Clinic for a 15 – 30 min private Zoom consultation with one of the SMK team’s analysts.

All our training is conducted LIVE via Facebook Live and streamed into the SMK Working Group on Facebook. All our sessions can be replayed on demand, at any time, through the SMK Working Group or through our EdTech platform by logging in to the SMK website. For our members on plans that do not have access to the Facebook Working Group, Zoom details are provided and can be replayed through accessing the SMK  EdTech Platform.

You can gain access to individual Live help and support directly from SMK’s team of analysts. Please book in through the SMK Facebook Working Group to request a personalised discussion for a 15 or 30 minute session via Zoom.

Strategy Courses are twice weekly 2-hour sessions based on our popular face-to-face digital strategy masterclasses, however more in depth. Two topics are run each month and change from month to month. You can view a schedule of monthly topics here. Tech Labs are run once per week for 1 hour and are more technical in focus rather than strategic. Catering as more of a ‘click here, click here’ type approach specifying how to technically implement the strategies learnt from our Strategy Courses.

A calendar of events can be accessed through the SMK Facebook Working Group. We have activity running daily in the group. For members on a Basic membership plan (who do not have access to the Group) a Zoom invitation is sent out prior to Marketing Innovation Labs with details on how to join via Zoom.
